How an entry earns its status
LedgerAtlas is an observation ledger, not a review score. This protocol defines what we record, what we refuse to infer, and when a record becomes stale.
Unverified
The product is real and has an official source, but at least one Checked requirement remains unsupported or unclear. Unknown values remain explicit.
Firm-size fit
This is recorded guidance derived from vendor positioning, client limits, or sales segmentation. Where no useful guidance is published, the value is Not stated.
Refresh cadence
Site and pricing paths are reviewed weekly, ledger integrations monthly, and firm-size and AI-depth labels quarterly. P1 records carry the initial 2026-09-14 check date.
Sponsorship
Paid positions are labeled Sponsored and outbound links use rel=sponsored. Payment never changes a verification status and cannot place an unverified listing ahead of Checked results.
Claims
LedgerAtlas does not publish ratings or user reviews. Vendor productivity claims are omitted unless quoted, dated, linked, and clearly attributed.
Source preference
We prioritize official product documentation, QuickBooks and Xero app marketplaces, ecosystem partner directories, and conference exhibitor lists. We do not crawl sources that prohibit automated access. A source link documents an observation; it does not transfer the publisher's claims into LedgerAtlas facts.
